Henpecked
Following the tracks of the giant, rampaging hogs leads the PCs a few miles out of the village. Off in the direction of the tracks, they can hear a thunderous “BA-GAWK!” like a monstrous chicken clucking.
Sure enough, as they crest a hill they see a farmstead being assaulted by 10-foot tall poultry. Scattered around the yard are corpses of monstrous pigs, like the ones they fought before, and lots of chickens.
The chickens surround the house and peck at windows and doors, obviously trying to get at something inside. It’s only a matter of time before they succeed. Observant characters can hear shouting coming from inside, and might even see someone trying to beat back a chicken with a shovel.
If the characters can get the chickens’ attention, the foul fowl (sorry, I had to) will break off from the house and chase after the PCs.
After dealing with the chickens, the players are thanked by the people inside the farmhouse, a family by the name of the Osgoods. The father, Jackariah, answers any questions the players might have, but doesn’t really know much.
His farm has cows, horses, pigs and chickens, but only the pigs and chickens had the weird metamorphosis. The chickens were kept in a coop, the pigs in a sty, and the cows and horses roamed over a few fenced-off acres with a stream.
At the crack of dawn this morning, he was giving the pigs and chickens some water from the well and they were normal then, so whatever happened happened that morning, fairly quickly, and without explanation.
The chickens and pigs fought at first, but the vastly superior number of chickens eventually won out and the rest of the pigs went fleeing. Then the chickens attacked the cows and horses and finally started assaulting the farmstead.
Followup: What was so different about the chickens and pigs from the cows and horses? Why did they change, but not the others?

This could be the scenario of a film they could have shown on Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Good job!
This was a fun one… I’d completely forgotten about it. May have to stat up some giant farm animals for a side trek….
