@SeiferTim: Not familiar with the episode you’re talking about. While I liked that series, it’s not one I’ve seen in its entirety. :/
@greywulf: A bull, perhaps, but what would a giant mutant cow do? Maybe milk-squirting artillery, if you’re in an absurd mood?
You know, when you put “Giant Mutant…” in front of anything, it pretty much makes it cooler.

Basically, crazy, genetic engeneer-farmer is upset at Gotham City for preventing his work on genetics, so he creates a farm full of Giant Mutant Animals (and insects) to unleash upon the city. Hilarity ensues.
