I agree that this has some potential balance issues, though I’m not convinced that they’re definitely there. I run a game in the low paragon tier right now where the fighter has access to a stance that gives him regeneration (I think it’s regen 7, and probably based on his con mod, but I’m too lazy to look it up) while bloodied and it’s never seemed like a big deal to me in any of the fights he’s used it in.

Of course, that’s at the paragon tier. It might be more of an issue at lower levels, particularly if the character puts a lot into con.

I think in the line : “When you take an extended rest, this automatically heals you back up to your bloodied value.” that should have been a short rest, because extended rest already heals you up.

And one should take caution when allowing a player to use this template. If you want to run a dungeon dwelve campain, having a tank using this race will mean that the party will last way longer before having to take an extended rest,
