Monster Maker 3.6

I’ve updated Monster Maker to 3.6. You can now search the D&D Insider Compendium from within Monster Maker, and import monsters directly from it.

Those of you who have the auto-updating version should get it next time you start it (if you haven’t already!). Otherwise you can download it now from here.

The standalone version will be available in a few days after I’ve given any bugs a chance to show their ugly head and be squished.

  1. Really, nice job on cracking that Compendium code. I’m a D&D insider subscriber and one of the reasons I didn’t use the monster maker before was because of the difficulties of importing and modifying monsters. I’d usually use just the Monster Math Cruncher on your site (which, let me add, is one of the most handy things to have when creating loads of monsters)

  2. Words cannot express how totally amzazing you are. (And no, this isn’t your mother.)

  3. Not sure if this is just me, but it seems like the 4e.css is missing the definition for the dndicon style that actually uses the icon font. Having no clue how css works I nonetheless managed to add it back in, but my output html still puts a new line between the icon and the power name. Is this a known issue?

  4. how do you view your monster?????????

  5. Export it as HTML from the file menu
